He told me he has been storing the bagels there for months. he is not senile. he once asked me if i had mice awhile back and i said no. he does not like me and is doing it to be spiteful. he knows what he is doing.

I am skeptical that he is doing this out of spite. If he is causing a pest problem, the problem is his as well as yours.

he lives on a separate floor of the complex. it would have to get really bad for it to affect him. i contacted the board of health. the property management was supposed to come and close the holes in my walls but have not come after 4 calls. they send exterminators but they will not help until the food source is taken care of.

my apartment reeks of a musty smell from the mice.

hopefully my city will do something about it since i have called the board of health. i called a lawyer to see what to do he told me to call the city and municipality.

even though the management company can not open his storage unit. the city might do something since he is causing a health problem.
