I was thinking of going to a live performance event, but I’m not sure which. Last year we went to a Magic Show in Somerville.

My top pick is probably the Laughing in the Dark comedy showcase. Other than that Gorefeet XV could be interesting, but I’ve never been to one. If it’s more over the top and silly then maybe that.

I'm intrigued by the Old South Church in Copley Sq. I passed it a few years ago and saw the poster for a Halloween night organ concert. Saw it again last year while scrolling by but haven't noticed any advertising this year.

I think tix sell out very quickly.

Maybe I'll check their site right now.

Coolidge corner theater midnight movies. They always have some good stuff this time of year.
Brattle theater too.

Corn maze, many around. Danvers is reported to have a real scary one.

If you are up for the crowds, the Jack-o-Lantern spectacular at Roger Williams Zoo in Providence is great. If you can wait until after Halloween, the crowds are lighter.
