This home was listed last year but fell out of contract twice. It seems its now relisted with all that bad history gone.. even the fact it was listed last year is gone.

The correct info is in MLS and public records. Some of the 3rd party websites don’t pull all of that info correctly and sometimes they do, not sure why. There’s no way to hide that information in MLS.

Which is why anyone actually buying/selling should be looking at MLS despite the horrible UI/UX.
For reason i thought MLS also tracks real sale history.. so its just up to each website to reflect accurate history.
Even Zillow missed the sale that occured in 2016.. what a mess
MLS has the complete property history. I just looked at it.

Well said. Not sure what data comes over on a data feed. Property history may not be sent in every feed an that might be information that sites like Redfin have to store. it also might just be that Redfin interprets the feed incorrectly.

Agreed. All of these RE websites have some kind of shortcoming. They throw in an interface with Great Schools or Niche or something like that to get you on there but in the end the data they have is usually quite flawed. Then all this sites have these HORRIBLE AVM's (automated valuation models) like Zillow's "Zestimate" that are completely misleading to the uneducated consumer because their accuracy is non-existent.
