Yes, just like this thread, not a very good attempt either.

CNN hitched their wagon to the impeach Trump train that went off a cliff along with the Russian collusion story.

Then they ran a story on the economy and how great it is. Okay.
CNN had Kamala Harris on and it was about Barr and Trump. Like last night. Same exact story, same exact circle of guests. MSNBC had on Adam Schiff and it was the same exact story as last night. Barr and Trump. Same commentators, same views, same opinions, two different networks.
You can't play to the same small group of viewers and offer them nothing new and have nothing but one sided discussions. No wonder their ratings suck, people are bored and nobody in their right minds would keep listening to them drone on and on and on.

So you want a tv station to cover stories you think are fact..

Because you support Trump and his myths and stories, lies, etc....you think that the FOX News stories were NEWS.

They aren't.

Human trafficking agencies, experts, etc. all condemned Trump's false claims of human trafficking coming across from the southern border.

Statistically -- these agencies confirmed that most child/human trafficking come in on visas, through ports of entry.

So Fox News doing a story about introducing DNA tests to help curb human trafficking is a bull**** story.

Two groups that have been working with both parties for YEARS AND YEARS -- BT -- before Trump....on this issue and their more informed response to Trump's claims.

https://endslaveryandtrafficking.org...union-address/

https://polarisproject.org/news/pres...king“Let’s get the facts straight: Human trafficking happens in the United States, to people who are already here, to citizens and to foreign nationals. In our experience, having handled nearly 50,000 cases of human trafficking over the last decade, we know that the vast majority of victims who cross a border and are then trafficked in the United States arrive here through ports of entry and other legal means. Many fly here and travel through U.S. airports.

AND as far as the economy -- we are hammered daily how wonderful it is. That's not news -- that's just propaganda to boost Trump's ego.

There is no news in those reports.

But because it supports your feelings about news you think they are spot on.

Exactly, but to be fair, to a large degree so did NBC/MCNBC, CBS, ABC, PBS, and much of the print media like NYT, and Washpo. Now that is as been revealed as a hoax, it has become the Man Made Climate Change of politics. a big nothing.

Everyone was milking Mueller, Mueller, Mueller either promoting it like it would take Trump down or defending Trump (Fox is down 19%).

The question is where will they (all) go for the next ratings boost?

It's almost like a bad soap opera with the media these days.

If the news is slow they have to try to blow everything out of proportion to scale\scope.

Just look at the measles story, it's important but wow they make it sound like the end of days.

Ratings.

Basic digital cable (Only kind in my part of Florida that is offered) comes with CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News.
Does Fox News and NSNBC come will all basic cable subscriptions?
If so then what is everyone going on about, sounds like they are all being fed by people that don't watch.

Now my kids and nieces on the other hand (ages 14-24). They don't watch television PERIOD. Just one or two shows and they will wait until they can binge on Netflix or Hulu.

CNN lays off 100 employees. Says they are voluntary -- because the smarter ones see the handwriting on the wall and figure they will get more money now than if they wait?

One of those leaving CNN will be Tony Maddox, the Executive VP and managing director, CNN International.

More to come:

Cuts are coming to CNN.

Sources tell FTVLive that CNN will cut as many as 300 employees, many being older employees with years at the network.

Word is that just under 200 people will be pink slipped and just over 100 will be offered a buyout.

Staffers inside CNN are calling it the “Massive Brain Drain” since many of the staff that will be sent packing will be older vets at the network.

And yet Jeff Zucker still has a job.

Brian Stelter tries to spin it:

My mother (a far left wacko) stopped watching CNN this year. She claims there’s too much whining and misleading news.
