My wife and I are in the process of leaving our downtown apartment due to the high levels of noise that accompany the arrival of garbage trucks below our apartment every day between 330 and 4am. One of the places we're really keen on is the Nettelton condos in South Main, located at the corner of Nettelton and S. Front.

Hey, I just responded to your private message. I don't find the noise level to be high at all. There really aren't a lot of trains at all and I got used to the little noise there is very quickly.
Parking can be tight down here during festivals and on Trolley Tour nights, but overall, it is a great place to live.

Only trolleys use the tracks that run down South Main Street. Amtrak, some light freight traffic, and trolleys run down the track that parallels the river. God bless.
