To those who don't know him. Tony Robbins is a well known motivational/ success coach. He became famous in the 90's with his Personal Power infomercials.

I don't have an opinion on him and don;t care to click on a video then scroll through ten minutes to listen to an opinion by someone I do not know on someone I do not care about from a post where the OP does not bother to even give his own opinion about the man.

I don't watch infomercials and I don't typically take life advice from someone who is selling it

He has a problem with Tony trying to deal with people's mental health issues. Tony isn't trained to do this as far as he knows.

My only issue with some self help gurus is that they can come with one size fits all approaches. I think people will need to be helped based on their individual evaluations. People can have different experiences that can affect how they deal with life.

I agree, but at the end of the day, it is up to us who we want to take advice from. I agree with you that a one-size-fits all approach is not effective and often is offensive. But I have had doctors use this approach, as well.
