What´s your opinion about mexicans visiting USA for vacations or shooping?
I'd be delighted...I'd say "Bienvenidos !! Mi pais es su pais !! Traiga las grandes cantidades de dinero !!"
(Actually, I've seen many groups of vacationing Mexicans in Southern California, and in Las Vegas. Also there are many school day-trips of Mexican students who visit San Diego, LA, etc....Disneyland, the Zoo, etc etc. Unlike the American kids, the Mexican students usually wear school uniforms)..
It's fine as long as they stop the practice of taking things out of the boxes/ripping tags off and throwing 'em out their car windows so they don't have to pay duty to take 'em back to Mexico. That practice was rampant in El Paso. Littering nightmare.

that´s true, and is because by new clothes you have to pay tax when enter to mexico, so, they put in a suitcase and said is their clothes from travel in usa, so they can pass without paying duty...
As long as your respectful of the country your visiting and you don't litter or act a fool. I don't see any problem with it.
