I am thinking of moving to the Miami area from South Carolina. What is the dating scene like for women in their early thirties?

Thanks!

Some of the woman I know in their early 30's say it's pretty tough out there. Unless you just want to have "fun" nothing serious, then the dating scene is fine. Also some of the woman I know are taller than 5'5" so finding a guy that is "tall" they say is pretty tough too. I think it depends where you meet people, if you meet a guy at a bar on South Beach, he most likely will not be a long term relationship kind of guy. But if you meet men through friends or a activities/social group then he may be more of a long term relationship type. Best of luck!

the dating scene aint good. I'm glad i'm married but my single friends are having a difficult time meeting good candidates

YOU will find married men looking for hookups, bisexual men looking for flings, Scrubs living with their mothers and looking for a new "mommy' to support them, serial daters spreading bacteria and viruses, losers with hygiene problems. my friends that tried online dating found men with physical defects and disabilities ike Dwarfism, hearing impaired, bipolar, motor skilled impared.

I have single friends that stayed single for decades and move to others states, and found normal husbands practically as soon as they arrived.

Please don't move if you are looking for a serious relationship

There's a lot of girls in Miami - good looking too. Good for me, maybe not so good for you. I guess I'd have to advise you competition is stiff. <tehe>

Are you saying these people aren't worthy of a loving relationship?

Sounds pretty superficial to me.

Miamians regularly critique their city as superficial, so yeah, but this is not news. Miami is the vainest city I've ever spent time in, but really, what's wrong with looking good?

According to Hialeah Rulez:
If you are short, deaf, bipolar or simply don't speak english, then you are nothing but an Untermensch. The "cultural inferior" and the physical impaired are a menace to society and should not exist.

Absolutely nothing...but when you start using those 'socially inferior' people as a reason of why the dating scene here is so bad, it makes you wonder. Just sayin.
