oh yes, Mount Trashmore......Cutler Bay is down wind from it..... Also, that neighborhood is low and very close to the bay. That area was trashed in Andrew.

No way in hell Kendale Lakes is at the same level as the adjacent areas of Government Center and Fountaniblue.

The best thing to do drive to the neighborhood round about 5-6pm when people are home....that way you can tell a lot about the place.
