Dear all,

I am looking into buying an apartment in Miami Beach. been paying high rent and I figured better to put that money into something I'll own.
I've been living in the US for over a year and i've manage to built some credit. i also have a h1b working visa for 2 years renewbable. I was wondering if it will be possible to get a mortgage considering these factors:

- I have a full time job with a multinational company, making $60k/year
- I would be looking to purchase a home for about $180k
- I have credit of around 670 (not great since is new)
- I wish to give as low down payment as possible
- I was thinking on a 15 year mortgage.

I tried to look for some recent threads but failed to find anything really applicable to my situation, I would appreciate anyone sending me in the right direction.
I talked to my bank and they ask 25% which i don't have and I dont want to wait much longer since market is already going high again pretty fast.
