Very broad question, but can anyone shed some light on which areas to buy a house would be beneficial to have alligators and turtles among other reptiles and amphibians directly in your backyard at times? Streets or neighborhoods would help out greatly. Is there a street to live near thats closest to the everglades perhaps with houses ?

Any body of water in Florida almost certainly has turtles, and canals/lakes/etc. defiitely has a positive effect on land values.

However folks on the east coast of Florid (Miami, Broward, and Palm) tend to view alligators as a problem species, and reports to the police will usually result in a quick relocation of the animal to a more rural area.
