Coconut Grove, Brickell, Downtown, Design District, Edgewater etc. Stay on the east side (east of I-95) and I would say from Morningside to Pine Crest. Anywhere in there you will find a good mix of people.

Lol, there aren't even as many Cubans in MIAMI as there were before. Not even Little Havana...which has become Little Central America. Now if you said Hialeah I could understand your concern but yeah.

You likely think everyone speaking Spanish is exactly the same which couldn't not be farther from the truth.

Anyway downtown and Brickell, Miami beach, Aventura, Sunny Isles etc.. Tons of places.

I guess you've never been to little Haiti either?

What about Kendall? A lot of Jamaicans/Caribbeans. A lot of non-Cuban Hispanics. Keep in mind that most people seem to prefer to live amongst their 'own kind' (e.g., blacks mainly live in black neighborhoods, Hispanics among Hispanics, etc).

I've seen complaints about West Kendall being full of Cubans but I don't see that. My neighbors are Colombian, El Salvadoran, Puerto Rican, Venezuelan, Haitian, Peruvian, Jamaican, Dominican, Nicaraguan, Thai. I've even begun to see what I think are Russians at my Publix. They're either that or something Eastern European.
I agree with FlyMIA about thinking that just because they speak Spanish, people automatically assume Cuban.

Miami is really starting to get a lot of Russian down here. It can also be seen at the airport. Transaero a Russian airline starting flying nonstop to Moscow about a year ago in October Russia's largest airline Aeroflot will start nonstop service to Moscow also.

Wait, so your telling me, all people who speak spanish aren't the same, regardless of country of origin? You sure? (im kidding)

Miami Gardens, Buena Vista East also come to mind. There is also a very heavy Jamaican or Caribbean community near 163rd street mall but I can't remember the name of that area.
