The majority of the jobs posted on the site are scammers offering work-at-home opportunities with a large investment required. Also, many of sites have viruses attached to them, one of which infected my laptop. Took me 2 hours to remove it.

Default Work At Home

I am beginning to think that ALL of these so called work at home jobs are scams. I have been looking for a second job working from home for months now and still have found no real opportunities. It is not that I am not qualified...just the opposite.

Does anyone know of any REAL work at home employment out there? Something that does not envolve incoming calls?

Help! We are in big trouble if we don't bring in some sort of additional income soon.

There are customer service jobs available on-line. Can't remember the names of the two that I had looked at. Needed a hi-speed connection and a dedicated phone line for incoming calls. Pay was somewhere around $9-$15 an hour. Didn't seem like a scam at all - one paid you for the actual time spent on a call, the other paid you straight time when you were available to take calls. Might be a good idea for some folks.

But yeah, craigslist jobs suck. If you see anything coming from "The Career Network" it's a scam to get your email addy. They usually have jobs posted like construction, secretarial, etc. that a lot of people would qualify for but advertise high wages and benefits that would never fit the actual job. Friggen rip off. Waste all kinds of time and end up spamming your references. P.I.T.A.

Just use your head when looking at jobs, usually its really simple to see which ones are real and which ones are fake.
