Hi all,
We moved to Texas recently. I need to have someone to help me with cleaning so we can get the house ready for listing.
If you know of such a service in Roseville area, I'd appreciate your recommendation. We need to have a thorough clean. I also wonder what the cost would be.

My company requires that I have to list the house at the appraised value by the listing agent. I'd like to clean and fix up a few things before scheduling their market analysis as I think getting the house ready will help with a higher listing price that they would recommend.

Thanks,
MNCold.

I think most cleaning services in the Cities would serve Roseville. We are in Roseville, and we used Maid Brigade for a while. I thought they did a nice job. They'll dust, clean, and wash EVERYTHING (ceiling fans, blinds, cupboard doors, etc.). To me they seemed a a tad on the pricey side, though. Our house is 1800 sq feet and it was $130 per visit every two weeks. They do offer move-in/move-out specials and the price would depend on the size of your home. Price notwithstanding, though, I never had a problem with quality.

Wow - $130 for 1800 square feet seems very expensive.
