My husband and I are planning to move to MO sometime this year. Our plan is to buy a small hobby farm, while he continues to work outside the home. I know that we want to be within 45 minutes of the Sprinfield area as my husband is currently employeed by Peterbilt as a body repair guy and I know there are lots of trucking opportunities in that area. I have seen online that it is a good thing to have a buyers agent, but have no idea what to look for.
