Do you guys bring a portable radio with you? And what channel the music will be on?

105.7FM seems to be the channel to listen to, at least thats what this website says.

I guess I have to say it. The crowds of people in the Vieux Port were sorely disappointed. Who would think the fireworks would be almost invisible from the very spot of the wonderful New Year fireworks? Did they move it further up the island because of the tents of Cirque de Soleil in the port?

I cant find anything in the media suggesting the show was anything less than spectacular..
. Perhaps for the next show try a different viewing spot.

ON THE BRIDGE! Best spot ever that I saw the fireworks. I had a nice camera with me and had some shots blown up to poster size. That was 15 years ago...Do they still shut down the bridge above La Ronde
