I'm in the process buying a short sale, I will be using a VA loan so an VA inspection will be required. My question is how in depth will it be? The house is a short sale and I did already have it inspected last month when right after I put the offer in, nothing really major wrong with it, a few small holes (hand size), missing ceiling fans, appliances, and no hot water in 1 of 3 bathrooms.
The house was built in 2007
