Im trying to purchase an investment property in Brooklyn NY. I own a 2 family so the banks are asking for 20-25% down. I understand i have to put something down but 25% is to steep & am looking for alternative ways any help will be appreciated thanks..

Fannie Mae requires 25% down on investment loans. You'll have to find a bank not selling to them.

Freddie Mac requires 15% down on a purchase 1 unit investment property.
