I was denied a loan due to not having two years in the same job field.

Would a non occupying co borrower work?

Any other loans I could get to get around the two year job rule?

I have also looked into USDA.

thanks for the help.

What exactly is the job history? What have you been doing for the past two years?

But yes, on an FHA loan, a strong non owner occupant can overcome any deficiency other than credit.......Credit is the only sin that cannot be helped by a coborrower.

From his other posts he was in college. He has around a 700 credit score. In the other post I have touch on FHA and a non owner cosigner.
