Got a commitment letter from lender but it includes all outstanding items in the conditions addendum - the majority of which are pending review from the underwriter. There is a lot of personal financial information included (like salary, 401k balances, etc.) in the text of the conditions which I don't want to share with the Realtors.
Do I have to provide the addendum or is just the main commitment letter sufficient to meet financing contingency date?
That sounds like BofA SOP. Do not share the addendum with anyone - keep it to yourself, TMI.
