So, I am looking to refi my $1,000,000 mortgage. We currently have a 30 year fixed with 10 year interest only option at 6.75%. I am thinking of doing a re-fi into a 10/1 IO arm. Have been quoting around but the lowest rate has been from National Mortgage Alliance at 5.5%. This is their website

Home Mortgage: Purchase, Refinance, Home Equity Loans from National Mortgage Alliance

Can't seem to find any real info on them - good or bad. Anyone here know them and trust them? This rate seems really good...too good to be true?!

Thanks in advance.

Never heard of them, but today, yes that's a good rate
