I swear I do not work for BofA. I work for a wireless phone company. Just like any consumer who is very happy with a product, I am just sharing with others what I found. I say it in almost every post, it isn't for everybody. I needed a plain vanilla mortgage and I was pleasantly surprised to find a loan with a very good rate, no PMI and the only costs/fees I paid were 1 point, my HOA, 1 day prepaid interest and 1 yr homeowners insurance and my 5% down. I highly recommend people to take a look at it. Yes, not everyone will qualify or many like to deal directly with a broker or a loan officer and that is fine. I am a very resourceful consumer who likes to do the research myself and I did "shop around" and compare multiple GFEs. I recommend all people do that. Otherwise, how do you know if its a good deal or if its right for you?
