Does anyone know of any mortgages for teachers? I looking for something with 5% down and maybe reduced fees. The only one I have found so far is Bank or America.

Thanks

Calstrs in California but I don't think you live/teach there. But if you look at their info, they may direct you to national programs. If I recall theirs wasn't specifically Calstrs, they were more like the liason to mortgage programs for teachers.

I looked into theirs briefly but FHA ended up making more sense for me. I'm very happy with what I got (both house and mortgage)
