I goggled them -everhome mortgage complaints only 2990 links to complaint pages

Advise not to go with them - there are better brokers to go through.

Ultimately it is cheaper to go through a direct lender, who will not be so quick to sell your loan. My wife and I refinanced in the spring, went to Wells Fargo and got 4.5% no points.

our loan originated in '03 got a 6.5% but it was sold not once but twice and now is with everhome I'd love to get out of their hands
