hmmm brutal...take your pick...

...28 weeks later, when in the confinement room he kisses her becomes infected by her saliva and just destroys her...

...The thing...the dog scene in that movie was ****ed up

AND...

The Crazies (the remake) when the psycho guy is going around stabbing the strapped down people with the pitch fork, that was brutal I'd say, also when the guy gets stabbed in the hand with a steak knife in the babies room. Yeah.

These aren't the scariest though...just the most brutal. Excluding torture porn (hostel, saw, etc)

One time I had the extreme pleasure of watching this Japanese movie called Ichi the Killer, and by "extreme pleasure" I really mean "what in the hell possessed me to watch this ****?!?!?!" It was so bad it was completely over the top, but not in a funny or campy way like Evil Dead II or The Thing. Like it was just brutal and gross. I only watched it cuz I had heard that it was one of the goriest movies ever, and so late one night, I rented it from Vulcan Video just to see how bad it was. Frankly, I'm surprised I made it through without throwing up, it was that bad. If you want just straight-up brutal ****, then you can't do much better than Ichi the Killer. Unfortunately though, I can't in good conscience recommend it to anyone. I think that's actually a crime punishable by being sent straight to Hell.

OH HELL YEAH! I have Ichi the Killer in my netflix instant watch queue. I'm gonna watch it now...was hesitant for a while because doesn't look so bad from the cover and description, and I've heard some of the things that happens in it, so I guess I'm looking forward to it. Now besides it being brutal as hell, was there actually a good plot behind it? Because I don't mind nasty or mind scarring if it has a good premise. lol I sound like a total nut. lol

To be honest, I don't even really remember most of the plot! But from what I recall, the short answer to your question would be NO. Something about some Yakuza boss who escapes with a bunch of money, and then all these other thugs are trying to track him down. Then there's this mind-****ed assassin who's a sadomasochist, then there's this other assassin who's been brainwashed to confuse sex and killing, then there's torture, I don't know. Mostly I was too busy wondering things like, "Wait, did he seriously just cut a guy in half--lengthwise--with a razor on his shoe?" It had some parts which i guess may be considered funny, I don't know, but if you're into that kind of stuff then it might be interesting for you.. Tell me what you think.

Bold: That sounds nasty, but I think I just have to see it so I can sit there watching like.......did that just happen lol

I don't know it may be a bit too much for me but I have seen the end of audition (the needles and foot cutting off scene) and that really didn't even phase me. I know Takashi Miike, is one of the more well known insane japanese directors so I guess thats why I'm intrigued. No movie has ever scared me or made me have to stop watching except for one....The Sixth sense (yes the movie with bruce willis) I was young, but something inside me just snapped when the kid turned around and there was a bullet hole in the back of his head....that was my first real dose of suspense when I was like 13 (I'm 23 now)...I still haven't completely finished the sixth sense yet just because its the creeeepy things that get to me not so much gory.

Hellraiser Pt's I and II

There's a scene in the opening of part II that I've never seen - I have to cover my eyes. You know the one, with the straight razor?

Funny People. It was the most horrifying thing I have ever seen. I want to know who financed this movie? Adam Sandler and Seth (im a fat geek rogan) should be sued for false advertisement. How could you call a movie that rediculously boring "funny movie"

I still have nightmares from time to time.
Don't feel bad for me, through therapy and medicine, I am almost to the point where I can sleep without the nightlight on.
