Tell me the release of the Dark Knight Rises and the Bourne Legacy this year wasn't coincidental...

My guess is since this an election year, we will see more politically-themed movies than otherwise

What's with all the politically charged movies lately?
It's an election year and Hollywood's anti-American Demo-liberals are desperate to get their golden boy Obama re-elected.

Best to stay away from the cinema until after November.

It's just kind of funny that the Dark Knight and Bourne Legacy really highlight a lot of those "conspiracy" issues such as how some people think the gov is trying to control its people in order to have complete control, which is probably true.

Ah whatever though. Don't really want the people from the Political forum to see this and blow it up.

I doubt if the realization that Abraham Lincoln was also a vampire hunter will make people want to vote republican

I do believe that's true. A lot of it has subtle symbolism. I found this interesting piece regarding the Colorado shooter and the Batman movie.
