There is a younger couple and at one point the guy on headphones and is singing Del Shannon's Runaway and a guy comes up to him and puts a gun to his head. They appear to be running from someone. There are also scenes where they are on a boat kinda like a fast pontoon boat.

I know not much to go on. I always thought it was Back in the USA, I can't for the life of me remember. My sister and I used to watch it all the time.
