I'm going to go see Star Wars today. I'm hoping it is fun, but, hoping it isn't crazy crowded. We have tickets already, but, if it is super crowded that could be a pain

That is exactly why I'm waiting. I'm eager to see the movie, but I hate watching movies in packed theaters. Too many people misbehave. I can handle the little kids. It's the packs of teenagers that spoil things for me. I'll wait a few days then catch a middle of the day showing.
Meh, I just hope it's going to be better then the last few Star Wars movie. I wanted to see more about the Force & the Jedi then anything else. Guess we'll see, odds are that I will wait until everyone else sees it or wait until it hits Red box or Netflix.
Does this mean I have to turn in my nerd card? lol
I'll be watching it at an Alamo theater here in Colorado tonight. The nice thing about the Alamo is that it is assigned seating, so no waiting in a long line hours before the movie starts. Also, if people act up in the theater, you WILL be kicked out.

The one on Sante Fe? We're going there on Sunday LOL.
Alamo is the only movie theater we go to now. We went there for a movie in summer 2013, and haven't been to another theater since. Great food, love the shorts before the movie starts, based on the theme of the film you're seeing.
We must've been to Alamo in Littleton 50 times over the last two years LOL

Nearly every showing around here is sold out for today. I would bet on super crowded.

As a die hard SW fan, are you also attending today's 18-hour SW marathon being held at numerous cinemas around the country?

We are not. I said I would for my SO, but, it started at 3:30 AM and while I would get up and go if he wanted to he just isn't a morning person. I think I would be annoyed dragging him out of bed at 2:30 AM for something that HE wanted to do!!

That was my thought too, problem is, most of the kids will on Christmas break next week.
