I feel like that ship has sailed, especially since a large portion of the cast are now deceased. I'm in the process of re-watching the series and it's ok, but not as good as I remember from the 90's. Mainly I appreciate how much they did with a very low budget. It was also fun back in the day to watch because you had to make a real effort, setting a VCR to record for several hours early Saturday morning to get a new episode that one week would start at 12:35 am and the next week at 2:12 am. The serial aspect was novel back then, too, but much less so now.
