Children's movies and foreign movies with sub titles (films, Netflix, watching)

Hubby and I haven't watched many movies in the last 10 years... We have two children aged 12 and 7. We have made a resolution to start watching movies on a regular basis. We are interested in foreign movies but many times, in you tube we don't find many with subtitles. We are also looking for a service/ website with great children's movies - not just kids movies but movies that can inspire them too.

Any ideas how to turn on close captioning in you tube. Alternatively, any good sites with sub titled movies . We do have netflix btw. Any pointers to a good number go great indian movies? Thanks!

Check out Turner Classic Movies (TCM), if you have it. Late on Sunday nights (into early Monday morning) they have some great foreign films. Here's a few upcoming that happen to be Criterion Collection films:
