What were the parts on Pee Wee's Big Adventure that used to scare you?

There were scary parts? I guess the Large Marge scene would be the closest thing to being scary for me.

My brother used to be scared to death of that scene, the one part that totally creeped me out was the scene where Pee Wee was blowing his bike horn at everybody, the look on his face totally creeped me out

The big guy that stole his bike. I forgot his name, but he was scary.
When I was young, I used to be scared of him. Also, the scene where the bushes open up. It was weird.

This wasn't a scary movie, but its was oddly scary in some way.

His name is Francis and while I've never found him scary I did find him to be really annoying, he reminded me of an old buddy of mine cause he had the same mannerisms and same childlike attitude as Francis but unlike Francis my former buddy had a really big heart, I definitely agree with you that the movie was oddly scary and a bit demented.

Interstate 10 in Cabazon. Can't miss 'em. While you're there you can get a decent meal at The Wheel Inn.

Large Marge made me almost pee my pants upon first viewing in the theater, but now I look forward to her.
