Second is who is the artist who did "We've got tonight" and what was the year?

Third, a song with the lyric "Time After Time" that fades out as the song closes. Cyndi Lauper?

Here are your answers, RLRL. Number 1 is the lyric from Seal's "Kiss From A Rose". Number 2 is Bob Seger with the original "We've Got Tonight," from 1978. Kenny Rogers covered the song a few years later in a duet with Sheena Easton. Number 3, "Time After Time" was, indeed, done by Cyndi Lauper.
