I did a forum search on parodies and found none, which surprised me, but then maybe I am the only weirdo that loves this stuff. I am a great lover of both comedy and music and when the two are rolled into one, I'm in heaven. So, post your favourite parodies here.

I was looking for another one on YouTube but came across this one which made me laugh so I'll go with this one to start off....

This is French and Saunders again doing a parody on Bananarama. This video also features Paula Yates, Pete Townsend and Kevin Godley (of Godley and Creme) and is a send up of the manufactured music of the late 80s....

LOL, when i saw this video it reminded me of you Lady Ice as i know you really like the 80's new wave style. It's off the 2007 romantic comedy film ''Music and Lyrics'' about an 80's pop star trying to make it in the 2000's (remind you of anyone ).

lmao, I saw that movie and really liked it. But then I like just about anything that Drew does.

Here's two songs from an Australian movie with a similar theme. It's about a boy band getting back together when they are middle aged and they realise that they have to change their songs to suit middle aged women to be successful again. Typical Australian humour, laughing at ourselves.

I don't know how this will go down with the American sense of humour. It's another one from the British comedy duo French and Saunders who have been responsible for a lot of my favourite comedy over the years, including Absolutely Fabulous.
