What is the most amount of money you have spent for a concert or would be realistically willing to spend? This includes concert tickets, travel expenses, and meet and greet passes, if applicable.
I'm presuming this poll is per ticket. Wife and I always buy in pairs, so that sometimes knocks a little off the price. I picked $100-300, but there are a very small handful of bands that I would shell out $300-500 per ticket for incredible seats and maybe a private after concert signing event.
I know some people would find that to be quite stingy, but you have to live within your means, and concerts are a luxury, not a necessity.

It's ok, I'm not here to make judgments on anyone else's spending. I'm just curious.
If I remember right, the most that I have paid to see anyone is $46.50 and that includes the service charge. The show took place in 2005 and Alison Krauss and Union Station is who was on the stage.
God bless you and AKUS always!!!
Holly (a fan of them since 1994)
P.S. To me, they were worth every penny. I just pray that it isn't more than $50.00 to see them now. Even though I do love them, in my opinion, the financial line has to be drawn somewhere.
For me it's more about sound. There are very few large venues in the D.C. area that have good enough sound that it is worth paying a large ticket price. Most large stadiums or outdoor venues have horrible acoustics.

That's unfortunate. I just enjoy the whole concert experience, so I'll spend whatever I have to depending on how badly I want to be there.
For me, $0 because I'm cheap and would rather listen to the artist or group sing on CD or watch one of their concerts on YouTube.
This way I miss out on the overpriced tickets AND the huge crowds.
I love watching concert videos on YouTube but it usually ends up making me want to go to an actual concert.
