When I first started hangin' out in bars, these guys played at my
neighborhood bar every Thursday night. They got a lot a good
bands in there. For a joint, the place rocked, and everything you
could imagine was going on in there or outside on the street. Not
too long before there was a drug scandal and a lot of people went
to jail. But not one of the sports celebrities that hung out there to
get their little taste. They were, these big names and big salaries all
too willing to go state's, to save their careers and their good names.
p.s. raise your hand if you used to have a hairdo like Neil's.
LOL, which decade ... his 70's, 80's or current hairstyle .
Mine is super wavy and curly kind of simular looking to Michael Hutchence (INXS) or Stephen Pearcy (Ratt) as i don't even comb it when i get out of shower .
Speaking Rush with Neil on the drums with this cool 80's jam ...
As the Russian team has just won the quarterfinal match (World Ice Hockey Championship 2009) versus Belarusian one so I'm posting that song. That song is dedicated to Belarusian hockey team (anyways, my attitude to Belarus is very good as they have a very strong team). The score is 4:3.
A bit of off-topic. The next quarterfinal matches are:
1. USA vs. Finland
2. Canada vs. Latvia
3. Sweden vs. Chech Republic.
In case the US team wins Finland, Russian team will have to play vs. the US in the semifinal. That would be cool
I know this is a bit of a departure from my usual type of music but this song has always reminded me of my town. When I lived in the city this song always made me miss home, which is strange because it's not the most flattering look at rural towns, but, it's honest and I guess that's why it hits home.
