Most times the picture is of some street thugs twisting their wrists usually pointing down at their crotch.....probably because of the severe pain from all the diseases they have down there.

Aw jeez let's not go there lukeo, you know that genre in the 90's was an era of quasi hip hop that was actually pretty darn weak....you gotta go back to the originals of hip hop and rap late 70's early 80's.
