Would anyone be able to share with me a list of communities in Murrells or Pawleys that do not have an HOA? We are trying to narrow down our search area and ideally want to avoid an HOA. We are familiar with Mt. Gilead in Murrells inlet but that's it! Any help would be appreciated!!

Thanks so much!!

I think this has been broached before, but its hard to go back through all the threads, I know.
In the PI area, its my understanding that Hagley Estates and Waverly do not have HOA's. There is a small community off the south causeway as well, but I don't know the name of it...its on Sextant Rd.

Yes, keep us updated. I imagine there are many on the look out for good non-hoa communities.

Will do cully! Our potential move to the area is starting to look more real, so I am once again scouring the listings trying to find just the right area for our family.
