I'm looking for the address of a specific Grande Dunes property. All I know is that it is about 30,000sf and the only home there with a 6 car garage (in the Dunes).
I'm told it is the largest home in Myrtle Beach. I want to see the design via a drive by and need the address if anyone has it. The city property records don't allow you to search by SF and trying to locate it using Google earth hasn't been fruitful.
When I'm in any area I want to know who has the best. I drive by true mansions (20,000sf plus) almost every day to motivate myself. I know many of the other "premier MB properties" already..
It may sound weird but help me find this one.. I'm the crazy guy that an hour after I bought my Ferrari F355 Spider I parked it in the garage 5 minutes after driving it so I could go back to work and start gaining towards an Enzo.
Thanks! Exactly what I was looking for.. Long lot without width caused a somewhat odd design of it.. I assume the garage is in the long hall between what looks like almost two homes?
Do you know what the address is?
In your professional real estate opinion (guessing interior quality) what would this place sell for? Cost to build in MB?
The garage is the long hall connecting the two "halves" of the home.
I do not know what the address is but it inside a gated neighborhood in The Grande Dunes.
Given today's market, I would guess that the home could be replicated for a BUILD cost of $175-$225 per square foot. I'm sure that it was a decent amount more when built, however, market factors have changed significantly during the last 3 years, as you well know.
