Hi - we are recently moved to Nashville, Brentwood - and at Christmas all the girls will be home from their Colleges!!! So, any good ideas what they/we can do over the holidays? (hopefully free or very cheap). We are open to everything, religious, (live nativities). Sight seeing, (Decorated homes for the holidays). Train rides/bus rides. Any good ideas are welcomed. The more diverse the better - we are from the UK originally so nearly everthing will be new and novel.
Cheers!!!

We are planning to check out Cheekwood this year in Nashville (not sure if the girls are in by the 10th though): Press :: Cheekwood Botanical Garden & Museum of Art, Nashville, TN

Another vote for Dickens of a Christmas in downtown Franklin the next day:
Dickens of a Christmas | Heritage Foundation of Franklin and Williamson County TN

And Gaylord Opryland does a great job of decorating for the holidays. We"ll take the kiddo & the cousins there for ICE then spend an evening walking the lights.

Of course, I'm not sure any of these can get a "wow" out of you and the girls from across the pond! Kidding ;-)
