I'm an incoming grad student to Vandy and Capitol Towers caught my eye. The problem is, most of the reviews of the place are 4-6 years old so I don't know what the apartments are like currently. I'm not looking for anything crazy, really just a place to sleep, a desk to do work at, and a couch to crash on when I want to unwind at home.
