I'm wondering if anyone in the Nashville area has had experience with Parkside builders. My wife and I just went under contract with them to have a our home (end unit of a new townhome) built in a new residential area in antioch. There didn't seem to be many reviews online and most of the reviews we did see seemed to be clients who had had very bad experiences with them. All of their advertising looks beautiful and so far we haven't had any issues with them but I thought I'd at least ask. Along those lines I also thought I'd ask for tips from anyone else who's gone though the building process in the nashville area.
