We are looking to relocate from the Dallas to Franklin area. Liked the feel of Berry farms but did not see any children running around. Is Berry farms popular for families with school age children? I was told there was children by the sales staff...??? Looking for the be able to make play dates with children living close by “next door, around the corner” feel. Any info on Berry Farms is also appreciated. Thanks!

It would be hard to find a neighborhood anywhere in Franklin that isn't chock full of children.

Keep in mind that it's winter. People around here avoid the outdoors like the plague during the colder days.

Come to Owl Creek sub in Brentwood (less than half mile from Owl Creek park) There are about 25 kids from 5-10 playing in the neighborhood after school everyday even in the mild cold (60+ deg). When it rains I come out and play in the rain with the kids. The parents are late 30s early 40s mostly. I'm 38 btw. So much fun!
They are selling phase 2 with some very very nice lots in the back!

There are definitely children there. I visited the Publix on my way home from work, and there were several families there. People tend to stay inside here during the winter months, so that is mainly why you don't see them out. Wait until the weather warms up lol...To find out more information, you should definitely check out the development website. The city of Franklin is very family friendly.
