Apple Music is establishing a major office in Nashville's burgeoning WeHo neighborhood in the former May Hosiery factory. https://www.bizjournals.com/nashvill...-roots-in.html

Apple Music's lease was first reported by Nashville Post on Dec. 12. A source with knowledge of the lease confirmed details to the Nashville Business Journal, saying that Apple Music would occupy all of the brick two-story building at 431 Chestnut St. That building contains about 25,000 square feet of space, according to marketing fliers for the project. Apple Music also will take some of the outdoor event space planned in the project, the source said.

A request for comment to Apple Music was not immediately returned. The project is fueled by Chicago-based developer AJ Capital Partners, which is also building a boutique hotel on West End Avenue and was one of the developers behind the luxury Thompson Nashville Hotel, in the Gulch. Uday Sehgal, who is the company's top local executive, declined comment.

Whoa, great news! I've gotta check out that neighborhood.

Nashville continues to roll on and attract Grade A, big brand players to the city.

Wonder how many people will be part of this office?

Though Austin gets the big prize - 15,000 future employees and $1 billion influx.

Will be a big boost for the area. Getting there may be a pain. Need to tear down & redevelop old Greer stadium.
