Four states never had a quake....Wisconsin, Florida, North Dakota, and IOWA
Now by never had a quake, you do realize that all you are saying is that they have never had one since humans have been there and been keeping track, right (so at most a few hundred years)...
okay okay i see this now. I was just repeating what I heard.
Did you see on the news that Israel is helping Turkey dig under the
Aegean Sea for a port city that sunk due to an earthquake?
They just pulled out an anchor that was dated at 700 BC.
Just this past spring in the state of Washington, they just discovered some
new faults...not 'new', just not noticed before.
These go west and east and not north and south. They go over
the mountains toward Idaho. This was the big news for them as
these faults were deep underground and not seen readily on the
surface.
The blind faults are the ones that can cause the most devastation.
There is a blind fault right under downtown LA!
