Anyone ever ridden the trains from CSR? They are going to run some snow- trains this year for the first time between Christmas and New Years and the tickets include a choice of seat types.

Dome
First Class
Coach.

No information is provided between the seat types. What is the best choice?
Anyone ridden this train and have some advise on the seat types?

Thanks

We had dinner in the dining car on a ride in late September and thoroughly enjoyed it. From what I saw I would opt for First Class; but Coach wasn't bad or anything if it saves you money.

DOME CAR - Crawford Notch is beautiful anytime of year but spectacular in winter. See as much as you can from the dome.

Thanks you guys.

This is exaclty what I was looking for. My 5yo loves trains and we stop by every winter and climb on the frozen engines...(Yikes) He is sooo excited he gets to finally ride one this year. Every day he askes me when we are going on the train. Cant wait to give it a try.

Thanks

The dome car would be perfect, with GREAT views!

One of these years Capt, you've got to plan your vacation for early summer, when a real-life Thomas the Tank Engine visits Conway. A must-do for any little train-brains
