Hi, We are planning to buy a condo in Society Hill Condos in Merrimack. Its on the 1st Floor - Any reviews or Feedback on this would be much appreciated as we live out side of the U.S.A and wanna keep it as a long term investment / holiday home.
Hello and welcome to the NH forum. How far are you through the sales process? Are you interested in a garden-style (1 floor/no garage) or a townhouse (2-story w/or w/o garage)? There are so many buildings-so many styles over there that it's hard to say and give a review. Hopefully you've had a chance to visit, or at least have seen the entire neighborhood in video before making an offer. If you have made an offer that has been accepted and you are moving toward closing, it may be a little late asking for opinions...
We rented a condo in Society Hill for 3 months before we bought a home in NH. It was fine...I wouldn't really think of Merrimack as a holiday destination unless you have family there, but the location is good if you need to drive to Nashua, Manchester or Bedford.
