I'm doing my own research but if anyone familiar with Concord wanted to help, I'd appreciate it.
1. We want a dog friendly 2 bedroom apartment. Our dog is a collie/lab mix, sweet and not a pitbull, medium size.
2. Non smoking is the second priority. I realize this is reaching like climbing Mount Everest in New Hampshire but I can't stand cigarette smoke and apart from moving where we can have our dog we need to be in a nonsmoking building and they have to enforce the non-smoking policy.
Maybe there is another area of NH that is strict(er) on non-smoking or offers more non-smoking options?
3. $1150 is our max.
If anyone can also let me know areas to AVOID in Concord/complexes that are bad (druggies/crime) please be kind and offer up that info.
