new constructions homes in Mullica hill (Swedesboro: new home, buy, middle school)

Any information regarding new constructions home will be greatly appreciated. I am looking buy new home as we are moving to south jersey area as I am taking job offer to work at 30th and Market Street

My Price Range is 275 to 350.

I have done research about schools in Mullica hill and they seem to be good specially Pleasant Valley and Clear view Middle School.

You can't go wrong with Mullica Hill. I'd also suggest Swedesboro / Woolwich right next door where the homes are a little cheaper. We live in a huge development built about 7 years ago by RJP. Pretty satisfied with the construction. They're building another development in Woolwich RJP Homes
