I'd add Voorhees (Eastern HS) and West Deptford HS as desirable public high schools. Regarding Haddon Twp, it is clearly desirable. At one time it ranked in the Top 100 of NJ public HS's which put it in the top 33% of all public HS's in NJ statewide. It's not Haddonfield, Moorestown or Cherry Hill, but it's a quality school and higher regarded than Collingswood HS
As someone in the NJ school system, Hammonton is actually a very nice school district. Winslow Twp schools are HORRIBLE so you have those families either in private school or trying their hardest to get into Hammonton. On the other hand, I have seen a teenager flounder in catholic HS but flourish in Winslow Twp HS and go on to college with honors.
Cherry Hill is on a huge decline and are piggy backing on a 10 year old reputation. Voorhees is not bad but they put more effort into winning awards for their administration then actually improving the education of the students. Haddon Twp is another underestimated school district with a lot of quality teachers.
In the end, no matter what school district you choose it is up to you and your children how well they do. I have seen kids that had to go to some of the worst high schools getting into Princeton and I have seen kids in the best schools become heroin addicts.
Instead of rankings I would look at what programs each HS has to offer and the size of the school. Is my child going to have a meaningful relationship with their teachers or is she going to be just another student ID number?

So you would recommend Hammonton over Cherry Hill?
I am biased towards Olympic Conference schools because those are the ones I had the most experience with growing up. My list of "excellent SJ schools" includes Cherry Hill East, Cherokee, Eastern, Lenape, Seneca, and Shawnee. Throw in Haddonfield and Moorestown as well.
If I lived in Hammonton I would choose Hammonton over Cherry Hill HS because of size. But, if you put more importance on the number of activities available then I would choose Cherry Hill East over Cherry Hill West. Both have many programs but are very large. Hammonton has less activities but a smaller number of children. Again, it is going to be based on your child. It is my personal opinion that Cherry Hill makes it easy to get lost in the crowd just because of the shear number of children packed into the classrooms. I prefer small classrooms and if my child wants to play a sport, or join a club that is not at their school there is usually one in the community somewhere via the YMCA, Public Library, parks and rec etc...

I would also imagine that Cherry Hill schools offer a more comprehensive array of honors and advanced placement courses, though correct me if I'm wrong.
