Does anyone know of an apartment complex or a trailer park that doesn't check credit? Oh, and isn't too far from Fort Dix?

The reason I ask is because my friend's mother is looking to move. However her credit is HORRIBLE. Below 500 horrible. My friend doesn't want her mother to live in Sunberry because... Well if anyone is in the Pemberton area, they already know why.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it fairly cheap? I don't think she makes much money. I think she can afford like 750 to 800 a month.

I wish I had something to recommend. One idea may be to contact a realtor in that area, explain the situation and see what they have in terms of privately listed rentals. They may be a little more lax in terms of the credit issue and might have something within the budget. There is no cost to use the realtor as they are generally paid a finders fee from the landlord who puts up the listing.
